Jason C

This is my abstract piece of a picture of clouds made of oil pastels. I think i could've done better with this honestly.
I used chalk pastels for this piece and i thought i did pretty good with it.

still life, what else is there to say haha.

a self portrait of me tagging my face on a wall, i tried to make it so it sent out a message that i decide who i am ya know?

Three more

This is a self portrait. It's done in oil pastels.

This is part of my concentration. It's done in chalk pastels.

This is a collage I did of a forest.

headshot!

in this photo of KEEFNASTY, i successfully captured the human emotion of agony and joy.
i realize this picture is not slide quality, but only NOW did i realize all the others were blurry. made of paper, and tape.

AWWWW YEAAHHHH, BABY. This photo i took proves that Barbie really is .... a great model. ;D

LOL

This was as self portrait that I did of myself. I feel like it really shows the more traditional side of me than not a lot of people get to see. I also like to kill wolves in my free time. No biggie. (done in ink)

I painted this. I wasn't sure what I was exactly going for but I turned out a lot less cheerful than I had originally imagined. That's probably because of all the black I used at the last minute.

This was done using marker and my imagination. I like using markers and this piece was a lot of fun to do.

Confusion

This piece is called "Confusion" which has a brother called Perfection. These paintings were for our "Order and Chaos" pieces.
I started out dripping different watercolors down the canvas. After that I splattered paint on the canvas I let it dry over night, I used a stencil to draw the letter then broke the letters to show more of the aspect of "Confusion." I colored the letters in with paint pens, then drew arrows shooting out of them to show misdirection.

3 Pieces of creativeness

These are some of my pieces that I am using for my concentration.
Flower picture: I used to the light box originally used for drawing and put the flower on it.
Yellow Leaf Picture: I used the same method as i used on the flower picture..i found a good looking leaf outside and put it on the light box to show the detail of the veins.
Green Leaf Picture: I found a plant in Timkos class and started photographing it. I didnt use a backround but some how it kind of looks like i did..

Ta-da!

This I took for accidental art. I liked the way the graffiti look on the bench. In photoshop I made the blue bluer and polorized it to stand out more.
This will be part of my concentration, relfections. It's one of the weights to a grandfather clock with the relection of the christmas tree lights.

I set the rose on my footboard and saw that it had it a reflection, then i edited it in photoshop by making it more polarized and painted the background black to match the footboard. Will be part of my concentration.

Double Rainbow All the Way!

This is a watered-down acrylic piece I did over the summer. I was just playing around with complementary colors.

Here's the self-portrait assignment, done in chalk pastels.
