I did this drawing on the plane ride back from florida. We had alot of turbulence during our flight so i wanted to draw some company. This is not a finished piece but i would like to incomporate this charcter into another piece.

This piece started from our senthetic (i think that is how you spell it) project where we had to choose three things from the wheel and draw it. Well my three words were fish, bubbles, and babies. I enjoyed doing this because i like just being able to free hand something from my imagination. This is not finished but i would like to make it bigger and maybe use something other than ink.

This is my still life. I hate drawing still life's but once i was able to take a picture of it it made me focus more on detail and drawing the right vaules from black to white. I would do something like this again but maybe not tools but something that relates more to me.

latest stuff

Miriam Huerta :)

This portrait is of a woman, I used a reference picture and acrylic paint. We were supposed to only use black and white and mix our own grays.

This landcape picture was done on wood with acrylic paint.

This tree is something i just did last year when I had nothing else to do and wanted to play with paint, its one of the first paintings I did on canvas.

Danielle's art.

This is some guy i traced off the movie Hook. i used oil pastels.
This was my still life. I used prisma-colored pencil.

I know this slide is absolutly terrible, but i'm going to reshoot it. it's zombie Peter Pan and i used water color.

The glaze covered up most of the design on this piece but you can still see bits and pieces of it.

A quick pinch pot, the glaze turned out nice.

I had a lot of fun making this. I enjoy mixing the glazes this one turned out awesome. Looks good on this star piece. :]

A self portrait. It is of me holding a magnifine glass. Haha, I used colored pencils.
Still life project. This is made out of chalk pencils on black paper. I wouldn't use this in my portfolio because it's not that great. Haha.

This is a watercolor painting. This isn't suppose to look like a real person.

Lalalalalala

Mask project. I had a hard time making orange but I like the colors on it alot.

First pinch pot assignment I ever did in Delaney's.

First piece I ever made out of clay! My Freshman year. :D Reminds me of a marshmallow.

Zach still-life

This is my still life. I chose to go with cylindrical objects for unity but since they have different textures keeping variety. The large shadow to the left needs to be more evenly dark, as well as the glass bottle which needs a darker middle ground.

This is the toy piece i did. I watercolored it staying with primary colors and dull brown.

I will retake this slide cause of the clip from the clipboard. I started by sketching the whole piece then doing the grey scale of the warped women. Then i colored the other women deciding to stay with warmer colors.
